There’s no chance White should get another season if we can’t at least make the dance this year. None. This team is as talented as anyone could hope for. He won’t build a significantly better roster here. Maybe he could build a somewhat improved one, but nothing drastic. Given that if this team can’t take a step up then there’s no reason to bring him back.
