...is as low as I've ever seen it. I get tickets through UGA every year and so does my dad's best friend, and I usually end up selling them for both of us because we rarely go. Every year prior to this for at least the last 10 years we've always made a pretty decent profit on the tickets, and sometimes a very nice one (and let's not turn this into a debate on whether to sell tickets for more than face, etc.- that's not the point of this). We always have some tickets in the lower level & some in the upper level. I have never had to sell any of them for below face value before, no matter how either team was doing coming into the game. Well, this year, face for non-club tickets was $120. We sold our lowers for $150, and our uppers for between $75-90. So a net loss, considering the number of tickets. And there's still a ton of tickets floating out there on Dawgtrade, SeatGeek, etc. Softest market I can remember, and this is in a year where we're #2 in the country, Florida isn't as bad as a lot of folks thought they would be, and the weather is going to be really nice for the game. So why don't the fans apparently want to go?
