They are not our biggest rival, or anywhere close. But I enjoyed watching us beat them year-after-year, knowing they put their entire off-season thinking about us. Even last year, when we played like dog-dooky against them, it was fun seeing our line of scrimmage take over that game in the second half and put them away.
And I felt like we owed them another 10 beatdowns as payback for the 5 times Spurrier beat us when he was at USC-East. Maybe 10 in a row will finally get Spurrier out of my head a little. The 2012 game was enough to warrant at least 5 merciless beatings. It just feels too early to give up that rivalry.
