We've gone from a lack of responsibility to a ''I Am Spartacus'' deal where everybody is screaming blame me..no, blame me. Richt just seems to struggle in finding the exact right tone needed to keep a team in the right frame of mind throughout a long season. I'm not sure if this lack of surety is THE problem, I do think it contributes to the lack of consistency though.
