... WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN!!!!
I'm missing a hunk out of my right shoulder, now, as a result of a basal cell removal last week. It's uncomfortable. It's inconvenient. It's aggravating when I need to remember to carry my computer bag on my left shoulder and not my right.
More than any of this, it's life-threatening and completely preventable. Unfortunately, in my electric youth, we just oiled up and baked and threw on some Noxzema when we got too red.
So, take my advice:
Lather up the SPF
Cover up when you can.
Stay out of the sun if possible.
