iPhone help needed please

I cannot get the tickets for the Clemson game to go to my wallet! I can see the tickets and the bar code but no where can I find the tab to add to my wallet! This happened 3 years ago with the last Clemson game! Ticketmaster problem! Please help if you can! Thank you!
