I don’t know if this is true. I am trying to look up a while back when they found 6 billion or so and decided to send it to Ukraine. Maybe that is what he is referring too

The dollar is sinking enough in value through inflation the last few years for 60 percent of the world population to meet as BRICs+ countries to entertain the idea of replacing the dollar as the world currency,...
BRICs+ have failed so far to come up with a competitive currency at this moment.. but when the dollar is being challenged by the majority of the worlds population, it should encourage reflection on the monetary policy of the dollar going forward to regain trust
