I'm not sure where you are going with this. During Dooley's tenure as athletic director, UGA almost doubled the seating capacity at Sanford Stadium, built B-M Heritage Hall, the Magill Tennis Complex and got the NCAA tennis championships to Athens, built Foley Field, and built the Georgia Women's Athletic Complex.
UGA mens and womens sports teams won several national championships and an abundant number of SEC championships under Coach Dooley's directorship.
The Jan Kemp scandal is the only blot on Coach Dooley's record, but every other major college football program at the time was doing the very same thing. Georgia just happened to get caught.
