Trump was guilty as hell on the documents case, they had film and testimony that he moved the documents around Mar a Lago several times to hide them from the Feds.
Somehow, Judge Cannon was assigned the case, she stalled for twelve months, then dismissed the case saying the Special Prosecutor law that has been used for 20 years was unconstitutional.
Case has to be dismissed now, he is the President Elect.

It will be better if the Trump DOJ hold these hacks accountable. If not, the dims will be right back to lawfare when they have the WH again.
Just like everything else. The only real case they had against him was for speaking about it to someone else. That was the smoking gun. Not any of that other bs that was out there concerning this. This case was done the minute Biden talked to his ghost writer about top secret docs.
Also, Jack is a freaking idiot. Trump had so much lawfare used against him, the one case they actually had that was worth listening to never will be heard. Why?
Because Jack had one million pages in his case. With all the other bs cases out there the courts had to give trump’s attorneys the time necessary to read all that crap. He wasted so much money. They couldn’t move the venue to a place where the judge was in their pocket. So she called them out on the massive amount of mistakes. It was already done on precedent as well. She even pointed it out. This is part of the reason trump is president now. Just insane amounts of stupidity to continue this strategy by the left. Completely backfired.

Any case that is politically motivated is tainted from the beginning, and anyone who truly cares about rule of law would agree. Unfortunately, most lawyers turned a blind eye. Thankfully, the electorate did not.
What are you talking about here? Judge Cannon made several key rulings for Trump early in the discovery process that were unanimously overturned by the Appeals Court (with two of the three judges having been appointed by Trump). But her actions delayed the case for months which was her intention. Once the Court of Appeals had ruled, it was time to start the trial, so she dismissed the case (not for any errors or lack of evidence) saying the Special Prosecutor law used for the past 20 years was unconstitutional. This ruling will also be overturned, but Trump has won the election so he can' be tried.
She did her job perfectly by making sure the case where they had him dead to right would never be heard before the election.
Look for her to be on the short list for Judicial Appointments.

It was delayed because he overplayed his hand. He also made a massive mistake by not taking the charges to dc. He has made crazy errors his whole career. I am shocked they appointed him. Legally or illegally.
Have you actually read anything about his evidence. Truly read it. He has people giving statements about his state of mind. There were also several cases where the judge didn’t give him the time he requested. Smith came with way too much and the other cases caused his to be put on the back burner. It was admittedly their best case. No one to blame but themselves. Total and utter incompetence. And trump actually got reelected. That to me is still amazing after where he was three years ago. This is just more sour grapes.
Trump probably had some documents that he shouldn’t have, but I imagine most presidents have too. But, we also know that Biden did as well and was not charged only because he was found to be mentally incompetent to stand trial.
And how are his cases going? Is he facing a trial? Of course, Hunter is pretty irrelevant compared to the next President.

Actually terrible points. Doesn't matter if there was motivation. Is Trump possibly guilty? If he was innocent he could have let the cases proceed. Actually the ones that were finished wound up with Trump being guilty. So I am certainly ok if those cases proceeded. We would find out if Trump was guilty or not. Seems like the American way.
And, no, I'm not mad and certainly not surprised. This is how Trump has operated his entire life - trying to get away with whatever he can. But now that he's President it appears everything is on hold or over. Not going to sweat over it. Just going to sit back and relax and root for the Dawgs.

Well, he must be the smartest SOB that's ever lived. Over 100 mil spent investigating him and all they have is one accounting entry and a couple of garbage civil cases. You'd think if he was as bad as the dems have said they'd have found a few tax laws broken at a minimum.
