Not only the ACA but they are eligible for the EBIT, SSec, medicare, unemployment benes, food stamps,welfare,etc

In fact, lots of laws were passed in 96 that restricted legal immigrants as well severely tightened rules for American citizens.
dig a little deeper lump, if we have it they can get it . plus they are flying in the families of the young folks that walked across the border. not a bus , flying ! these families will be eligible for all the benefits . we are crazy to allow this , look at Europe , they are paying the price for lax policies ,in fact England has really tightened their policies recently .
