What can we say about Parker that hasn't already been depicted in ancient cave drawings? Who knows how JP would've turned out if there hadn't been injuries or if CMF hadn't continued to stick with him regardless of his numbers. This season hss been odd, as well. His 3pt shooting % is way up, but it hasn't helped us at all. And his 2pt% is down. His turnovers are about the same as last season.
From a PR standpoint, its been a great message about UGA that JP is the only player in the country with 1 graduate degree, and the fact he is about to be a triple-dawg has to make him one of the most degreed player in history... So that is something he should be proud of.
I do think JP was pretty much the standard bearer of the CMF era. Confusing as heck as to what his role would've, should've, could've been. But he is a Dawg and I will stand and cheer loudly for him tomorrow night.
