I ended up picking MJG as he was an All-American plus All-SEC twice... started very early in his career and helped led UGA to two SEC titles
... Guy McIntyre was very very good in college (all-SEC twice, but second team all-american), but great in the NFL... if this counted pro careers too I would have chosen him
and Craig Hertwig was also great in college... but for a "short" time... he was also an All-American.... he was also responsible for some good times in college as he is also known as Sky and his bars "Sky's place" and "NoWhere Bar" were some of my favorite hangouts during and after college. He was also fun to talk sports with when I used to see him there and when at ball games before he passed away.
