Well sort of. I usually email Kirby about things that I see at the games with comments and suggestions. I wait until I have thoroughly reviewed the game replay at least once on DVR on Sundays. I sensed that it was a rough week for him so I sent him some suggestions to improve the game day experience. I sent Josh Brooks some videos last month that I had made of the Texas game day experience on my cell phone and received no response.
After sending the email to Kirby, he took the time to email me back to thank me for my “interest in Georgia Bulldog football”. And ended it with a “Go Dawgs!” I noticed that he forwarded my email directly to Josh Brooks, thereby endorsing my fan experience improvement suggestions.
Changes are on the way finally and I couldn't be happier about it.
