My point is that IM SO GLAD we have Hocke and new strength team because there is a direct correlation between being properly trained, and balanced as a SEC College Athlete, and although Keith's injury was NO fault of any particular coach/program it was just a FACT that he COULDNT workout his legs but had to do upper body, but PROVES that if your strength program for NON injured player's was NOT Properly conducted, and the proper muscles were not proportionately balanced or built up then these similar Hamstring and other injuries that we have seemingly been plagued with can become Statistically More Likely, Im glad we have Rejuvenated this part of our program and I full expect (knock on wood) that the "injury" bug won't come around so much, because I do believe there is more to it then just plain CRAPPY luck,

Remember I'm saying Keith's was due to not being able to train his legs, NOT blaming any current or former coach on HIS specific injury this Spring, but just saying that improper muscle balance can cause strain and tear in football players. GO DAWGS
