Lack of calls on UGA opponents

[Sanford Dawg]

A recent Podcast provided a stat that UGA opponents were penalized the lowest over a 3 year period. The host quoted that our opponents were ranked 121-124 in lowest number of calls against them these past 3 years. If so this is not an anomaly it is a bias. Does anyone have the capability to verify this claim?
