Successful leaders understand the importance of delegation of responsibilities. If an organization is going to be successful, it is imperative that you have the correct human resources in the right place at the right time. It is very difficult to become a successful leader when you are always working. Macroeconomics are for the leaders(Head Coach). Microeconomics should be employed by the Operations Managers (Coordinators). Successful leaders must be allowed the time to think and plan ahead for the Greater good of the entire organization. We must always strive for perfection. And we must be able to make adjustments "on the fly". And we must be able to adapt to the ever-changing landscape in our chosen industries.
