I just don't see it. We've had strong leaders the last several years especially in 21 and 22. It just seems like this team is void of it on both sides of the ball. I think that in part has a direct correlation with our undisciplined play.
Just think of the leaders thos other teams had. Yes, a lot of this is coaching but I know Kirby constantly tries to build leadership with his programs but you just don't see a Nakobe Dean or a Nolan Smith anywhere.
It maybe too late in the season to develop that but I think that void is a huge problem for us.
I did see Frazier be a leader in thr huddle on the last drive that we had goal to go. He was in thr middle of the huddle rallying the troops.
Need some people to step up this week in practice.
