Leasing a company vehicle

If an employer offers $30k towards a leased vehicle is it worth it?

Insurance, maintenance, gas is paid for, however having a car payment every month forever sounds awful.

Anyone have experience with leasing with a company allowance? Please confirm if this is a stupid decision.
