A presidential pardon cannot be used against an impeachment. Also, Hunter can still be charged for all his many crimes dating back 10 years, that aren't impacted by statute of limitations. After the guilty verdicts he just walks away. But the trial would cast a net that could snag all of the members of the Biden Crime Family, including the "Big Guy".

I have no interest in watching the Pubs waste the opportunity to enact real change by chasing charges that will be portrayed as picking on a dementia patient. I've watched decades of Kabuki theater where Pubs promise to get to the truth and end up wasting time and money on hearings that do nothing more than give the news talk shows something to argue about. The next thing you know, you're 18 months into a congressional term, the government is operating at status quo, the voters are pissed and the house or senate changes hands, wash, rinse, repeat. Enough of that garbage.

I don't want the incoming house and senate to have one single gotcha hearing. Appoint a strong AG and FBI boss and let them fight crime and let the legislators go to work on funding a secure border, cutting spending on grift and pork, policing themselves and governing the way they campaign. We are entering a period where government can be somewhat reformed and we don't need to waste the legislative branch's time trying to be LE or LE's time trying to punish an old man that wouldn't know the difference between a ball room and a prison cell.

To avoid the barking but no bite Republicans, the GOP Congress just needs to appoint a special counsel to investigate what the Dems impeached Trump for questioning, the shakedown of Ukraine by the Bidens. I could GAS how old Biden is. I want his 40 years of corruption to be recorded, so to label him as one of the most corrupt political figures in US history, and to put his brother behind bars. After the special council appointment, the GOP House can work 100% on what the election of Trump signaled. Taking back our country, justice system, border security, etc. from the 2020 coup that put Dems, and their globalist puppet masters in control.

I agree in “normal” political times but this Biden pardon has changed the outlook for the next mid term election. If the GOP can keep the narrative that the Dems can not be trusted and use the Biden pardon as proud then we might can gain some seats.
The only hope for the Dems are for the party to completely turn on Biden over the next month and use him and his family as a scape goat. Could they force him out at the last moment and separate the party from his stained legacy?

Biden isn't the problem. Going after Joe will be portrayed as the same tit for tat BS we've been dealing with for decades all to punish a guy that couldn't find his way to the outhouse. Additionally, you don't beat them by becoming them.

Let the AG and DOJ handle all of the investigations and it needs to be MUCH broader than the Biden family. Imo, the people that want to return government to it's proper role (and that doesn't include every Pub) have a chance to govern for a generation but they don't need to screw it up playing petty politics. Right now, we need to be attacking policies and procedures, not people. The DOJ needs to solve crimes and not be seen as going on a vendetta.
