He and his family's track record for transfers, etc. doesn't necessarily give any indication that he would be willing to sit for more than one year. He is likely gone after one season if he's not the 2nd QB behind Beck going into next season. Not to bash the kid, but this is the reason why I personally have never gotten too excited about his commitment. He was never going to be here more than one year unless he was all but guaranteed the starting job after year 1, if not starting in year 1. Believed it back then and I believe it now.

You never know, him not coming could be a benefit in the long run as we may land better QB, WR, and OL recruits as a whole in the next class or two. WR has been a weakness all along in this class as we know.

All that to say, yes it stinks, but man... the sky isn't falling at all.

SIDE NOTE: Man, what I would pay to hear what Ghost would say about all this hahah Cawgs or Gie!
