On the DIV 1, college level I am a big believer in putting the best line-up on the court that allows you to match-up the best you can against the other team. That's why I don't always agree with this player needs to play this much in a game or start, etc. With that being said, I would love a discussion on line-ups based on what we have seen from the players this year. Here are my thoughts:
Starters:
1 - Turtle
2 - JJ Frazier
3 - Harris/Diatta
4 - Harris/Diatta (I believe having both Harris and Diatta on the court at the same time would cause match up problems for teams. I love Ogbeide and not against having him in the game with Maten.
5 - Maten
Sub for each position in order:
1 - JJ/Crump/Harris (I would sub with JJ/Crump evenly)
2 - Crump/Harris/Diatta
3 - Parker/Diatta/Harris/Willridge
4 - Edwards/Ogbeide
5 - Ogbeide/Edwards
I know its not perfect. Again, I like having Ogbeide and Maten in the game at the same time but would love to see what having Diatta and Harris's athleticism would do at the opening of a game. Playing Crump the first sub at the 2 would give him more time and get him experience. I would stay with Turtle at the 1 unless he becomes a turnover machine.
