Yes, I hate that it has happened several times with the Dawgs, but in general, I have noticed this issue a lot this year. I am assuming this issue is being exacerbated by the fact that they refs are looking at video monitor to figure out these situations at end of half/game way too much. I am not too familiar with the rules, but seems like they take way too long and look at way too many issues.
