...My gut is probably Gunner, but I don't know if he is the Dude for it. There's a reason why BV is QB2 at the moment though. Gunner just seems to have a bigger ceiling and be more the kind player we would want in that position, but who knows.
It's doubtful that CKS would put a true freshmen in that spot in the SEC. That's a hard road and with our schedule next year, there's little if any chance a TFR would take over unless we had an injury.
There are a handful of QB's hitting the portal. I know the consensus is we won't go after a QB, but if we don't think that GS or BV can be the man and one or both would leave if Beck stays, you almost think we would have to look at the portal for a better/experienced option if presented with one.
