against Kennesaw State. Not a huge surprise that it's not Gist, given what Gist did over the weekend.

I like what I've seen from Ryder so far. He's got some good stuff, especially his curve. He may project long term as a starter, and may well find himself slotting in that #4 role if tomorrow goes well.

I really hope that we'll see Blakely Brown. I think that Drew Moody may have gone on Sunday in Statesboro had the game gone differently. But I imagine there's a good chance we'll Drew as well.

Tomorrow is important. At 3-4 right now, we need to put some wins in the bank before league play gets here. This one, the next two weeks, that two game set with Xavier.... those are all important... Those midweek games became tremendously important for us in 2011 after we were swept by Stetson and then dropped 2/3 the next two weekends. We went 16-14 in the league that year, but still had to win 3 games in the SECT just to get over .500... We can't (and I don't think we will) look at it like "it's just Xaiver" or "this is only Presbyterian."

I have no idea what Kennesaw has this year. I thought that they'd really dropped off last year from what they were in 2014... They have a good program over there, though, and they usually play us pretty us tough.
