As that means that finally people are actually thinking or expecting us to win or compete in these type of games. For too many years and for too many reasons, that we can all discuss separately, our team was not or could not be expected to play in this type game.
Our team actually looked like a basketball team with a good game plan and players that were knowledgeable and trained to execute. Albeit from night to night execution may not be perfect. Plus these players were still still not 100% comfortable in their place at the table but that is something to celebrate. What was clear last night is to compete we simply need to add quality highly ranked players to our system. System it seems awkward to imagine that we have one but sure as shit it was on display last night. So much so that our crowd really poured it on. So glad to feel that we expect a winning team and for this team to step up to deliver and show us what they can do. Encouragement to them all to keep working and keep bringing the wood.
