Making my patent pending Greek chicken tacos. Fittin' to raise up.*

No pics but here is the recipe....

2 lbs chicken - fresh ground is easiest but you can cube up some breast as well. Pan fry some onion if using ground chicken and then brown it. Heavy dose of Cavender's Greek seasoning. Let it simmer while you do the next step.

Half a head of cabbage coarse chopped and half and onion same way. Throw in a little garlic. I use a wok with some bacon grease to sauté. Light dose of Cavender's.

Make tacos with flour tortillas - meat, cabbage and a dab of sour cream or yogurt.


Eat the shit out of it.
