It’s gotta be the worst job actually working in the world. You’ve won 29 straight games, won two natties, and you lose one… ONE game and now everything seems to be on fire. Now the leader of your recruiting class is demanding a bigger NIL deal or flipping to Nebraska, the portal is taking a ton of players and teams are using our program as a feeder program just buying players from under us, and we can’t get any firm grasp on anything because it changes by the literal second. And because we want to try and use NIL the right way we can’t get any of the elite players because they all want money. I dunno how insiders are gonna be able to do their job, because you can do everything right and it just proves worthless cause a guy flips on a literal dime for more money, relationships be damned. Building a bond with a commit, hours spent meaning nothing because they commit to the dime.

How long until the toll of this just starts taking waves upon waves of coaches from this sport? It’s gotta be hard cause these guys WANT to coach, but this can’t be healthy. And it all happens at the end of the year where coaches should be spending time with their families celebrating, not calling every commit to try and flip and call every current commit making sure they are being bought out from under you, and all your current players to make sure they still wanna stay here… I don’t see how anybody does this, no matter how much you get paid. It’s awful.

This sport’s dying, just wondering what it’ll take for all the fans to take a break bashing each other and trolling and decide to unite collectively to make them fix this sport.
