School security should be as good as Air Marshal protection on a flight. No more rent-a-cop resource officers with minimal law enforcement experience. Get capable people that know what they're doing. Lots of them.

It would be so easy to do, and the best part is that it would immediately lead to no school shootings at all. Schools are targeted because they are soft. Make them hard and they won't be targeted ever again.

Russia has been doing it for decades. Correction: in "cadet schools".

Firearms training has only been introduced to regular schools in the past year.
