How can a school with the tradition and resources that Marietta has lose to a bumpkin like Etowah by that margin in the 3rd or 4th season of the new coach? Hate it for the MHS coach, but he is toast at the end of the year.
It's been a good 15 years. Coach Friday drove the program into the ground. Then a new school opened. But Marietta is a solid program. Has produced many D1 players. I just don't think there is any excuse for last night.
