NonDawg Michigan receives notice of Level 1 violation

Remember, Michigan self-imposed the initial 3 game suspension and the Big 10 issued the 2nd 3 game suspension (for different violations). The NCAA hasn't done anything yet, nor have they gotten to the sign stealing allegations. I believe he's toast and will be finding greener pastures shortly.
