@Moosefish I keep reading that the US fought & succeeded in WW2 with only 7 four star generals. Today's military has 44 active four star generals yet I think we'd both agree today's military is far less capable of fighting a WW than the one that needed only 7 4 stars.
How did we go so far off path as a military? Some how we learned effectively how as a DoD to do less with more. Do less with more generals. Do less with the most military budget
