Let me start this by saying that I was a QB coach for years in High School, but I realize that CMR and CBS have forgotten more about coaching QBs than I'll ever know. For what it's worth, I am convinced that Brice Ramsey will be the starter. Call it a gut feeling if you like, and I can not base this on any inside information. Ramsey has more time in the system. I think Lambert has done well and pushed Ramsey which speaks great things for the team. If it is true that the race is truly this close, then we must feel pretty good about what happens if our #1 QB goes down with an injury. Not only does Lambert possess some skill, but more importantly-valuable experience. From what I've heard, the major knock on Ramsey is his work ethic. Coaches may have decided to keep contest going to prevent Ramsey from getting lazy. Regardless, I feel pretty good about our chances with any of the QBs. Heck, I just can't wait for next weekend. Go Dawgs!
