My vote is Ben Carson......

I think so too. I liked several on that stage. Two I don't are Trump and Christie.

Trump is all about Trump. It amazes me that Christie was thought to be too bold, loud, confrontational 4 years ago but now Trump is Christie X2 and up until last night he was being praised for being different, speaks the truth etc.

Trump's true colors were exposed last night and all he could do was go to twitter afterwards to criticize Fox and the moderators. By not saying he would support the eventual nominee shows me that he's not in this for the good of the GOP or country but is in it for the Donald (or Hillary).

The old saying "give somebody enough rope and they'll hang themselves" is proving to be correct with Trump.

I liked Rubio, Huckabee, Cruz and Kasich last night. I thought Bush looked and sounded mediocre.

I believe that Fox went after Trump because they want their boy Jeb to be the nominee; Rove and all of the other establishment are counting on Bush to be the man. Anything else will derail their master plan. I think their are some very good candidates in the field (also the 2nd tier group) We will have to see who comes to the top.

Fiorina from the other group look good.

I missed the first group but heard some sound bites and Fiorina did come across as well prepared and knowledgeable.
I'm not sure Fox necessarily went after Trump, but more just challenged him for past comments and his position on issues. All of these are fair game. I don't really understand the whole GOP establishment thing and the push for Bush. He apparently is a fine man and very smart, but he didn't make any news last night. Maybe for the first debate that was their plan, just don't screw up. Rove, Dick Morris and several other GOP talking heads lost a lot of my respect last election. They were wrong and kept challenging the poll numbers all the way to the end. I'm sure Trump has the GOP establishment in a pickle and they would do anything to see his campaign explode.

Who gives a shat about the GOP? Here's a novel idea, "how bout we do what in the best interest of the country?" Screw the GOP, they could care less about America.

A vote for Trump is not a vote for Trump, it's a vote against the establishment (GOP).

... for the Democratic candidate. I think Megyn is truly perturbed at Donald Trump's treatment of women.

True, but a vote for Trump is a vote for Hillary. Do you really want that compared to the GOP? As flawed as the GOP might be, I'll still take it over the Dem's. I'm all for a 3rd party if it's the right candidate, Trump is not the one.
I'm hoping he is the "John the Baptist" and is preparing us for the one to come.

I thought Fiorina was good in the debate. The problem is that Fiorina is running on being a business woman, but she was awful as the CEO of HP. She totally f'd everything up and HP went into a tailspin under her with bad mergers/acquisitions. Everyone in the company turned on her it got so bad and the board forced her to quit. The day she quit HP's stock shot up. Trump is a first class a-hole. It is absolutely mind boggling that GOP voters had him as their clear cut favorite. As an independent I liked Kasich, but he won't win.
