If they run Pruitt off and keep all of the dead wood then that tells me all I need to know....that there is no interest in winning, but just trying to appease personalities. Pruitt must have ruffled a few feathers with the Buttsmear royalty to the point of upsetting the country club atmosphere.
stating the obvious, it appears to be more of not meshing with others and destroying chemistry rather than his ability to coach. Correct?
I think it's a combination of poor coaching and personality conflicts. If you look at the games where he's been out-classed by significantly inferior opponents, it's apparent that he's either a poor game planner, poor at in-game adjustments or both. The fact that Thomas Brown is a split second from beating him into the dirt doesn't help his situation - at least that's what I've heard through the proverbial grapevine.
His coaching has been far superior to any offensive coach on staff.
His plan on defense is the only positive I see right now.
If he is pushed out, we have no direction at all.
