Wife and I are looking to buy some land next year. She wants something around Helen or Ellijay in mountains or something with water on it. Nothing huge, around 2 - 8 acres I think. We'd eventually put a small home on it.
I am currently going through a home build. Third time going through this, so fairly well acquainted with the process. Though the prospect of building anything on mountain property is new to me.
