ND....Prayers needed

my dad who is 80 yrs young is having lung cancer surgery tomorrow morning here in Jacksonville. Appreciate all prayers for safe and successful surgery. God bless. Thanks.

You've got my prayers and support my friend! My mother had the exact same surgery to remove two two tumors from her lungs. From my experience the surgery seemed to go pretty smooth but expect him to be in quite a bit of pain after the surgery. I'm confident that the surgery will go well tomorrow. Just remember to be there for him during the recovery process because it can take several weeks if not a couple of months. My prayers are with you! God bless and Go Dawgs!

My dad is out of surgery and was successful. They had to remove his right lung but dr says he will tolerate that fine. Just will need to wait on pathology report. Thanks for prayers and appreciate it. God bless you all.

Had a cousin who had a lung removed and he did just fine. In fact, he never looked better in his whole life. Seriously. He never even sounded winded or anything. So k eep the faith!
