My wife is the main chaperone and runs new student trips overseas. As you married people know, this now means I am a chaperone as well haha. So we have 32 students going to Greece Spring Break 2025. Spring Break 2026 we currently have 28 students signed up to go to Paris, Normandy, and London. That trip will be Audrey’s senior trip! How old does that make us all feel? 😂 as for me, I am super hyped to go to Normandy. My grandfather survived D-Day and WW2 and I have always wanted to visit there.
Anyways I got to thinking that I would love to get sponsors from our community to help students who might not can afford these trips to get help. Any suggestions on how to do this? Should I create a bank account just for the trip or maybe something else to manage it?
Just looking for ideas. Even if it was a few $1000 scholarships to help with costs or just sponsor one person would be great.
We are already doing Krispy Kreme fundraisers, selling candles to help fund.
