That looks about right.
I see big improvements on offense, I loved Our old Defensive staff, but this one can probably match it.
I like how the 2 coaches who report directly to Kirby, the coordinators, will be very experienced, steady voices for a first time HC. While the position coaches are all young, dynamic, high energy types and top recruiters. It looks like an excellent balance.

Can probably match it? I liked cjp and all but you do realize tucker was an nfl dc for 8 yrs worked at 2 different schools under Saban all while cjp was coaching high school football right?

NFL experience really hasn't proven to be a big plus in CFB. Most of the top guys have either been career college coaches, like Kirby or risen from HS coaching, like Pruitt.
If not for Tucker's considerable experience in CFB, mostly with Saban, I would be skeptical. I like the combination of NFL and top CFB experience though.
I would as soon have Pruitt as any DC, that is just the unvarshed truth.

Overall I like HS up more than NFL down, but I think these guys have all of it and Saban new fundamentals are important so they do too.

It depends on who is it a guy like tucker then yea I would take him.

I agree, the staff looks to have a very good blend of abilities and experience in the right positions. The coordinators having a lot of quality experience, that seems a good call given Kirby's youth and inexperience as a HC. His position coaches are young, talented, energetic and charismatic, between them all bases should be covered.

I love what he is doing you suround your self with exprenced coaching at the cordnating postions. Then you put recruiters to fill out the rest of Postion. And Pittman Chaney and Mel can help Kirby. Something special is going on in Athens.
