Oftentimes it is assumed that a coach is an NFL type coach, or that he is not and would fail in the league.
Some are assumed to be college coaches and are never mentioned when NFL jobs come up, while other college coaches are expected to make the jump because, well, they're NFL coaches.
There have been a few Switzer's, Johnson's and Carroll's that have succeeded in both leagues.
My question is what qualities or styles make a coach a "college" or "NFL" coach?
