Me too. It's as if they intentionally make it more complex than it needs...

to be. There are way better e-mail/messaging clients out there for free. And MS isn't any more secure.

It's beneficial at larger enterprises that need to link it to booking meetings/meeting rooms/resources, etc. But, many companies use a G-mail based e-mail system too. I personally don't mind Outlook.
