curious what thoughts are on the new team foul rules and dead ball whistle time reset rules that the NIT is going to use.
They're splitting the game into "quarters" for foul purposes. After 4 fouls (I believe) then teams are in double bonus and resets with 10 left each half.
Whistles that would have resent shot clock to 30 on offensive end will only get reset to 20.
