Non Dog..need 60th BDay weekend trip ideas

Wife and 4 kids: only a Friday-Sunday. Feb 23-25th. 2kids are 18( high school srs)and a 21 and 24 yr old. Flying fine from Tallahassee.
For my 60th birthday.
Short trip, so out West ski trip out
