Alvin Bailey was arrested and sent to jail Saturday afternoon on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for a mandatory hearing. Bailey was cited in May for driving with a suspended license. He was cited for the same offense a year ago, as well. He was released on $5K bond Saturday night.
Caleb Brantley and Adam Lane were accused of walking out on a $60 tab at a Gainesville bowling alley on July 4th. Both are charged with second degree misdemeanors. Nothing major is expected to come of it, beyond paying the money and running some laps. They should probably include a generous tip.
Jay-nard Bostwick was released from the squad and can transfer. He missed Spring practice and hasn't been with the team since the end of last season.

Prior to this weekend, the Gators had enough points to be tied for 10th in the Fulmer Cup standings, but all points were earned by JC Jackson. According to Cup rules, you can't win solely on the offseason performance of one player.
It appears that Auburn is a lock to take home their second Fulmer Cup, making the Tiggers the first repeat winners in Cup history. The SEC is expected to maintain the lockdown on the Conference Cup.
