New offensive coordinator Jim Chaney sold Eason on his vision for Georgia as well.

"He told me a lot. We went over some film and I couldn't be more excited because he's had a track record of starting quarterbacks at a young age and his offense looks like it's going to be pretty easy to pick up," Eason said. "He makes things simple. That's one of the things I saw that definitely is going to help me as a young quarterback in the fall."

You think Fox would learn this lesson. Is it too much to ask to put young players in a position to succeed and give them the time to play through mistakes early in their careers? Guess so.
