Guy trying to flee through the Ca hills...on horseback, falls off, lays out

flat. Looks like he gets tasered by two different cops while he's still laying spread-eagle. Then they cuff him and proceed to kick and beat him. Think the article said he was punched 30 something times (several times to the head) and kicked 17 times ( a few time in the head and a few to the nuts)
He wasn't fighting. He was laying there taking punches and kicks.
