I got nothing on Park. I do think all the tattoos are stupid, but I'm sure he gets more pussy than I ever did (although I did pretty good in college, but most everybody else did, too) and I'm just ageist with the tattoos thing, especially when it's a white boy with a sleeve. Got to try to quit scoffing at it - half the folks under 30 in America have them now. Still won't ever be a fan of them. Think it's a bunch of paganist bullshit.

But I just have a hunch on Faton "Destiny" Bauta and hope he gets a chance. I'm gonna try to lay off ole chest tattoo. I don't know the boy and I haven't read his name in the newspapers yet. In Athens, that's something.

I'm the same, I got 2 nephews that are Ink Freaks, 1 of them used to post

here.

I never wanted one BUT ...

a lot of that could be because my Dad would probably have disowned me if I got one. The older Pacific WWII guys in my town were all embarrassed of that dancing hula girl on their forearm. They wore long sleeve shirts with the sleeves rolled down in July and August. You'd catch a glimpse every once in awhile. My elementary school principal had one and he was embarrassed as Hell of it. I just grew up in very tattoo unfriendly territory. I admit it. It's not that way down there anymore, though. Lots of crackers w' full sleeves, male and female.

Jeez -- please tell me that's not him -- what a f'n fool *

I think tattoos are stupid as well. I would never get one and I hope my kids never get one. But my brother-in-law is one of the nicest guys in the world and he is covered in them. People always have a pre-conceived notion of him because of that and are immediately proven wrong.

Does JP look like the people I hang out with? No. Does that make him a punk? Of course not.

Just shocked me that you of all people would judge a book by its cover.

And there's me too, Tee. I look like a white Samurai with all the ink

and you never even seemed to notice. That makes you a fantastic person in my book.
No one wants to hear how someone doesn't like something about you.

My uncle had em, and I couldn't wait to get one. He'd have beat up

half of Atlanta if anyone mentioned it to him sideways. He gave tattoos (and white boys) a bad name with all his
ass kickin, cussing, DRANKin and general hell raising.
Hell, I was in my mid twenties before I figured out he was a bad role model. I'm coming close to being 50
now and he's in bad shape but I still look up to him but also recognize he was a genuine arse when he was young.
DIfferent times, I guess. The world aint the same.

Lol, no sir. Just a simple google search

Told me it was Year of the Sheep.

I just want Faton and was pushing my dawgchat agenda ...

Mainly just having fun trashing on tattoo people. Not fair to the guy, though. I admit it. Nobody's perfect and it's a flaw. I judge people with tattoos. Not right, but there it is. At least I see it and I damn sure won't kick a girl out of bed that has one.

Had one that wanted more one time and I ran. It was a good choice as she's now on her third husband with three or four kids. Trapped the first one with a pregnancy. Glad I'm either sterile or was pretty good about pulling out. Not pulling out is another flaw of mine. A real bad one. Never trust that they are on the pill. Especially if they also have a tramp stamp.

I'm with you, keef. He looks and talks like a wanna be thug. But ultimate

Y, if he wins the job, I'll root for him to do well. If he does well, the Dawgs will likely do well.

Re: I just want Faton and was pushing my dawgchat agenda ...

LOL. Damn man are you drunk and just rambling?

I am in the Faton camp as well. I think the team would rally around him, he wouldn't do anything too stupid (or as stupid as the others, so I guess it is all relative) and he could always pick up some yards with his legs.

I always ramble - another flaw, one of a thousand ....

Take it or leave it. A lot of people probably hate that as much as I hate tattoos. More power to 'em.

Haven't had a DROP in a month. Did have some PURPLE KUSH about 2 PM, though.

But only afterwards - rubber might be a smart move, though ..

Warts, at least. Probably herpes, too.

Let it all out, keef. This cathartic exercise is good for you. A cleansin

Good for the SOUL - gonna wake up tomorrow ...

and start me a middle aged sleeve. Got 2 parlors within a couple of blocks.

damn KEEF, tell it all.......brutha

reminds me of that Lewis Grizzard joke about the church revival.

you're alright in my book Keef....will need to have a beer together

in A-town sometime.

We were at UGA at the same time 86-91 for me.

Good era - beginning of the university po po going overboard, but ...

the tail end of the old SPIRIT of Athens and UGA that is now completely gone. Athens is still great - just completely different now. And it ain't just because I'm old. The old flavor is completely gone and you can tell it if you live here. But I don't want to move or anything like that. The new Athens is still an interesting place - still the center of the universe. Vortex just different. I don't even know what vortex means, just seems like the right word.

I know what you're saying, was saying something similar to

someone the other day. Still get that feeling when I sip the first beer while I am there.

Those were good times...I remember '86 as the zenith.....although I didn't know it at the time.....figured I could just waltz up to beer trucks all 4 (5) years.

I'm thinking that Eason will be redshirted while FB still has

eligibility. Faton will be a great QB for UGA.

yeah - we watched all that outdoor stuff get snuffed out ...

I was still having too much fun to think it was that big a DEAL at the time, but it is KINDa sad when you think about it. True end of a really great era that lasted a good 15 - 20 yrs pretty much unabated. The oldsters always told my crew we were the tail end of it all, but we sure went down kicking. We damn sure did.
