One more lucky joker (35 second video)................

I think that was filmed in Germany FWIW.*

Notice, the driver making the video was camping out in the left lane.

Notice every single car in front of him being over in the right lane, like you are supposed to be when you are not passing anyone. The driver making the video actually caused the unsafe conditions which led to the accident. If he was over in the right lane like he was supposed to have been, the motorcycle would not have had to pass him on the right. This accident you see is exhibit A of just how dangerous it is to have to pass to the right.

People hanging out in the left lane shouldn't worry themselves with someone else exceeding the speed limit. That is the cops' job to handle that. They're not creating the unsafe driving condition (unless they're going 90 mph, of course). Hanging out in the left lane is what is causing the unsafe driving conditions.

Concur but every car in Russia other than a Lada has a camera. Not like

he was holding his phone up trying to film something. In this case I'd lay most of the blame on the bike wouldn't you?

Yeah, I'm not really focused on whether or not he was holding...

... a camera. I'm saying that he was just hanging out in the left lane and had the flow of traffic completely blocked. The driver of the motorcycle was probably agitated by the guy and cut around the right side of him, which put the bike into a dangerous situation, as we see by what happened. The car in the right lane decided to use the designated passing lane to get around the cars in front of him but did so right at the same time the bike was coming from behind the car pacing everyone from out in the left lane. If the car wasn't camping out in the left lane and was moved over into the right lane like he was supposed to be, this entire incident never would have happened.
