Is that we have coordinators who no one is looking to hire away from us. Who is going to give Muschamp a head coaching job after he's been fired at two other programs? Who is going to hire Bobo for a head coaching job when he got fired at Colorado state, Auburn, and South Carolina? Neither of these guys are leaving to be a coordinator anywhere else. Kirby has built insulation in from having to retool his offense or defense with guys who fit what he wants but also have enough baggage that they're not going anywhere.
Schuman will leave at some point to be a head coach, but I've never heard anything about Tray Scott being lured away even for a DC job somewhere. Searls isn't getting a head coaching gig or an OC job anyplace. Maybe Hartley leaves, but even as good of a recruiter that he is, that's still just a tight ends coaching job.
