Hypothetically speaking, what if OSU or WSU finish in the top 12 this year?
Are they eligible for the CFP even if they
are not technically in a coference and will not participate in a conference championship?
Just curious, no one seems to know, or I haven't heard a definitive answer. Thought I would put out there
