All this talk about protecting the "only" democracy in the middle east is bull,...France created a democracy in the middle east 100 years ago, it was called Lebanon,...
Lebanon and Israel were created as "democracies" by movements of Jewish people into Israel from Europe, and movements of Christians throughout Syria into Lebanon. The purpose was to control a post world war one world of European allies to control the shipping lanes through the suez canal in Egypt.
When Egypt finally closed and nationalized the suez canal in 1956, Lebanon and Israel invaded Egypt on behalf of its feeble colonial powers at that time.
Now, Lebanon is no longer considered a "democracy" by Western standards, and is attacked by the only "democracy" in the middle east (Israel)
But who gets to define what a democracy is? And what culpability do "democracies" have in creating resistance groups?
Hezbollah was a small fringe grass roots militant group created in the early 1980s in Lebanon to defend against an Israeli attack in Lebanon in which Ronald Reagan considered a genocide committed by the Israelis.
As far as I can tell,.."democracies" in the middle east are merely client states that behave correspondingly to it's master and/or have a reciprocal/symbiotic relationship with them

I've never been to a live event where he spoke, but I've seen him speak live on TV. I wasn't impressed but admittedly I don't agree with his policies, and I strongly oppose the Left's virtue signaling. That's his entire schtick.

God gave the land to Israel in a ONE WAY unconditional covenant. There are only two exiles mentioned in the Bible. Both have occurred. Israel is where they will be. There will be no two state solution either.
There is no two-state solution because there are not two states. Jews have been living in that land for over 5,000 years and they were the first humans to live there.
Genesis 12:3 is not a permanent land contract that grants Jewish ancestry to areas in the middle east until the end of time
Rome burnt down Jerusalem in 70 AD and purged Jews from the area,...which gave rise to rabbinic Judaism which focused on learning the Torah and learning Jewish texts in foreign lands,.. and did not focus on militarized conquering of land of the temple of Solomon and David,...or anywhere else for that matter.
Ashkenazi Jews from Eastern Europe began a nationalist movement in the late 1800s,..they believed that it was necessary to have their own nation/land and build a third temple. Their was a movement by the Ashkenazi Jews too build a Jewish state in Lithuania in the late 1800s as it was an area that composed the highest ethnic percentage of jews than any other area in the world. But aided by WW1 and the fall of the ottoman empire , Ashkenazi Jews were transported to Palestine to build a nation-state.
I have a hard time believing that GOD has such a hard line idea on the notion of land contracts among religious groups that he removes current occupants of a land to supplant others who have been gone since 70 AD.
I think it's more remarkable of the traditions that survived the exodus of Jerusalem around 70 AD by the Christian disciples and the rabbinic Jews,...
It's more important than the divinity of land grants to groups of historical figures that help legitimize war and militarizing for now and posterity

Correct, Genesis 12:3 has nothing to do with land. But it is how Gentiles are to treat Hebrews.
There are NUMEROUS scriptures where God gives the land to the Jewish people forever. Either you believe scripture or you don't. It doesn't matter what Rabbinic Judaism taught for 2000 years. The VERY fact that Jews are in the land today that God gave them is proof enough that God has kept His land covenant with them.

People of abrahamic religion of any kind should be more concerned with the afterlife than any land/soil in this world to fight for, no matter how gilded the land/soil may be, NUMEROUS scriptures speak about this
